A record was set and indeed an almost unique gun was offered for sale at the end of May 2021 – a Polish Radom tool room sample. A member of the board of NASARI was made aware of this gun in early 2020 just as covid was breaking, which precluded travel to see it up close.
The board decided the acquisition of it was perhaps best served by a Polish Museum and we contacted two and a Polish Private collector
However unfortunately the gun was placed into a public auction, though with the excellent company of Herman Historica.
The final price after determined bidding was 58000€, plus auction commission (of we believe 25 percent).
